Cumbrian Red

Cumbrian Red

In 2023, we enjoyed brewing a new 4.5% English Pale Ale called Cumbrian Red. This juicy English IPA was brewed to celebrate the release of 'Cumbrian Red' by award-winning filmmaker Terry Abraham. The feature film deep dives into the lives of red squirrels in Cumbria. British grown hops Olicana® and Harlequin® produce tropical notes of passionfruit, mango and pineapple.

We donated 20p for every pint or bottle sold from the first brew to the Penrith and District Red Squirrels Group, which ultimately totalled £642.20. We know this money will be used to continue the excellent work this team are doing to save our native red squirrels.
